This project was built based upon a pertained neural-network, BigbiGan, which will find and output an image similar to the input image. Audiences will stand in front of the camera and press a button to generate an input image. Then, a virtual world will be constructed according to the generated image data, which is unpredictable and uncertain.
This project aims to explore the role of intelligent agents and the relationship between them and the human within a network, and also explore the effects of an uncertain data type.
Randomness also can be found in the natural world, such as the growth of plants
We used to analyze randomness from a technical perspective, for example, how can we make an algorithm to get real randomness. However, in this project I want to discuss randomness as a visual effect how do we sense it, and if machines can make it actively.
